Vermie Iterations

In our Vermie Series, we explore the idea of an infinity repeat. The printed pattern is scaled to each fabric piece, and the repeat continues seamlessly as the fabric is sewn together, creating a flowing connection in any direction. By hosting Vermie in public spaces, we invite the community to engage with the process and contribute to the project. The infinity repeat is inclusive—people of all skill levels and ages can choose from 15 printed patterns, various fabrics, and colors to pin together. We then sew the pieces into a quilt, completing the project without altering the placement of any individual piece.
